This Privacy Policy explains how Rabit Network (“Rabit”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by RABITLABS LTD, handles information when you use the Rabit Network mobile application, minerabit.com, and related services.

Depending on how you use Rabit, we may process:

• Account details such as username, email address, referral or team relationships, and profile settings.
• Participation data including mining sessions, balances shown in-app, activity history, and verification-related status.

• Usage data such as feature interactions, session timing, and performance signals that help us keep the product stable.

How we use information

• Operate mining, team, balance, and account features.
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality.
• Review account integrity and reduce duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

• Prepare verified migration, wallet, and on-chain flows when those features become available.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed to run the service, for example with infrastructure or analytics providers under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law, legal process, or to protect users, Rabit, and platform security.

The app may use advertising or measurement partners to support the free product experience. Those partners may receive limited device or usage signals according to their own policies and applicable platform rules.

Links to Google Play, exchanges, or other external sites are governed by those third parties’ privacy practices, not this policy.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No online system is perfectly secure, so we continuously improve controls as the product develops.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal requirements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where appropriate, or limits on certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
